2. Player Description and Securities

The player may only participate at the Casino if they are of legal age.

Permanent and temporary residents of Lithuania, Indonesia, Israel, Poland, India, Hungary, Malaysia, Nigeria, Germany, Georgia, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, China, Canada, Romania and the Netherlands Antilles, as well as players accessing these locations by changing their IP address via virtual private networks (VPN), are not eligible to open an account, log in, make a deposit, bet or perform any other activity at the Casino. Any accounts violating the Casino's restrictions are subject to termination.

Any bets placed from these jurisdictions will be voided and any deposits or bets made by persons who are domiciled or reside in such jurisdictions will be refunded.

Players from Azerbaijan, Cayman Islands, Jordan, and Syria will not be able to claim any bonuses provided by the Casino.

Every player should understand the steps connected with online gambling with Eclipse Online Casino and its Rules. 3. General Terms and Conditions

Eclipse Online Casino makes no warranties or representations, explicit or implied, as to the Player’s legal right to participate in Casino activities, nor shall any of its employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have any authority to make any such representations or warranties.

Your privacy is important to us. The Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to the Player, to add new activities or games to the Casino, or to discontinue any activity or game of the Casino at any time.

Eclipse Online Casino shall not be liable for any possible computer and/or internet malfunctions, nor for any attempts from the Player’s side to play games provided by the Casino by strategies, methods, and means and/or ways that are not approved by the Casino. Any earnings that were accumulated as a result of either system malfunction or game error will be voided.

Should any game be interrupted and/or disconnected at any time, the situation at the point of interruption and results of the previous game will be displayed when the Player starts the game once again. If the Player becomes disconnected from the Casino's server mid-game, the Player will be able to continue and complete that game exactly as if the Player had never left. If the Eclipse Online Casino server has not received information of the Player’s bet and thus could not process it, the Player’s balance will not be deducted. Consequently, the Player will see the result of the previous bet with no changes.

Players are permitted only one pending game at any one time. The Casino ensures all necessary technical settings in regards to this issue.

By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Casino, the Player consents to the use of their name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If a player has any dispute with regard to any outcome of the game, the Player must submit a complaint to Us in writing within 10 (ten) days. The Casino representatives will make sure to check the game report and advise the Player about the outcome of the game from the technical side. In the event of a discrepancy between the results showing on the Player’s Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the game.

If the Player is found to be cheating or attempting to defraud a game, or if the Player makes untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to our operation, we reserve the right to publicize such actions together with the Player’s identity and email address, as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.

The payout percentages at Eclipse Online Casino are independently reviewed and audited on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and fair play.

The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Player and Eclipse Online Casino, while also merging all previous agreements, representations and understandings between the Player and the Eclipse Online Casino referring to playing in the Casino.

The following actions will be considered a violation of the Eclipse Online Casino’s Terms and Conditions, but are not limited to this list. Consequences may lead to account termination and confiscation winnings:

  • If the Player threatens to re-attribute, deny, revoke, dispute, chargeback, block, hold or cancel any of the deposits made with Us.
  • If the Player has been found deliberately making a 'chargeback' or 'dispute' of funds deposited from the credit card into their casino account; or have been found to have made a 'chargeback' or threatened to do so in any other online casino or website. 4. Bonuses Terms and Conditions at Eclipse Online Casino

No Deposit Bonuses

Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The bonus amount must be wagered 50 times for slot games (namely video slots, 3-reel slots, i-slots, keno, bingo, and scratch cards).
  • The bonus amount must be wagered 50 times for card games (video poker, blackjack, keno, bingo, and scratch cards).
  • The bonus amount must be wagered 60 times for roulette games (American and European roulette with outside bets disabled).

The maximum withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from a No Deposit bonus in an amount valued at or below $50 is twice the face value of the bonus. All No Deposit Bonuses valued above $50 come with a cash-out limit equal to the value of the bonus. No Deposit Bonuses cannot have max cash-out of over $100. Please note that some offers may include a max cash-out condition equal to 3 times the bonus amount, which is to be stated in the terms and conditions of a particular bonus.

Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. The Casino ensures all necessary technical settings to disable the option of taking more than one No Deposit Bonus. If for any reason the player claimed more than one No Deposit Bonus, the Casino reserves the right to void the winnings.

Once the Player has met the Wagering Requirements, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the Player’s playable balance, as they will not be able to withdraw these funds.

Redemption of No Deposit Bonuses is restricted to one account per person, per household or per computer. If customers with multiple accounts are only redeeming free bonuses or coupons, this could be grounds for locking all accounts, with all transactions of their winnings thereby being forfeited.

Each No Deposit Bonus offered may have different restrictions depending on the promotion sent by the casino and/or its affiliates. Please read the restrictions on the free cash bonus before using it. Improper use of the no deposit bonus may result in forfeiture of winnings.

No Deposit Bonuses cannot be used to play progressive games; using free bonuses in progressive games would nullify all winnings.

Upon requesting withdrawal of their winnings, the Player will place at least one deposit in order to verify their account in the system. The list of documents listed in the Withdrawal Procedure at Eclipse Online Casino section will be provided prior to requesting the withdrawal. Free Chip

Unless stated otherwise, all Free Chip bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The bonus amount must be wagered at least 50 times for card games. (Video poker, blackjack, keno, bingo, and scratch cards.)

  • Players are not allowed to place bets/stakes on games other than the ones explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Free Chip bonus (unless otherwise stated).

The max withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from the Free Chip is 5 (five) times the face value of the bonus.

Players cannot request for multiple Free Chip bonuses consecutively. If the Player has played with one Free Chip and is subsequently willing to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for the Player to be eligible to claim the second Free Chip. Please note that in order to qualify for the Free Chip, there shall be at least a $60 deposit (either in total or by one transaction since the last Free Chip played, unless otherwise offered by Account manager). Any winnings resulting from multiple Free Chip bonuses will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two Free Chip bonuses in a row, they will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on the said chips.

All Free Chip bonuses are subject to the Wagering Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above.

Once the Player has met the Wagering Requirements and is able to make a withdrawal, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the Player’s playable balance, as they will not be able to withdraw these funds.

While mixing deposits and Free Chip bonuses is not allowed, Eclipse Online Casino is aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a Free Chip, the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the mentioned bonus will still apply. The Player’s account balance must be less than $1.00 in order to be able to claim any promotion other than a deposit bonus.

Bets placed on any game other than the allowed titles specifically indicated on the coupon will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.

Free Chip cannot be used to play progressive games; using a free chip with progressive games will nullify all winnings and transactions.

Casino Management reserves the right to lock or close any account abusing free chip promotions offered by the Casino.

Free Spins

Unless stated otherwise, all Free Spins offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Free Spins apply to one particular slot game.
  • Player account balance must be less than $1.00 in order to claim any Free Spins offer.
  • The amount of money won with Free Spins has to be wagered 50 times for the following games: video slots, 3-reel slots, i-slots, instant bingo, scratch & win, keno, Sudoku Box Game, Vegas Jackpot Keno.

The maximum cash-out amount from the Free Spins offer is 5 times the number of free spins credited within the promotion.

Match Bonuses

Unless stated otherwise, all Match Bonus offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Claiming multiple bonuses: Please be sure to use only one bonus at a time. The player may not mix and/or combine promotions/bonuses. The Casino ensures all necessary technical settings to disable the option of taking more than one bonus simultaniously. Weekly Cashback

Weekly Cashback is credited Monday through Tuesday for certain player classes with no pending withdrawals in place, no withdrawals executed over the previous 7 days, and an active balance under $1.00. Weekly Cashback is calculated on all deposits made over the previous 7 days (with the minimum amount to qualify being $500).

Cashback bonuses have different wagering requirements, depending on the games chosen:

  • Card Games: 50xB (video poker, blackjack, keno, bingo and scratch cards);

Unless otherwise stated, Weekly Cashback Bonuses come with no maximum cashout.

Complementary Points

Complementary points (comp points) are accrued while playing games at the Casino.

Every time you wager $1, you earn 1 Comp Point, 1000 Points = $1. The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 1000. VIP Players earn more comp points for every wager made in accordance to their VIP class. For more details, please contact your Account Manager.

There is neither a maximum cashout nor wagering attached to the comp points, once redeemed.

Match Bonuses cannot be claimed on top of the comp points redeemed, as both are recognized as different types of bonuses.

Any comp points accrued before first successful deposit, or any winnings derived from them, are subject to the maximum cashout restriction of the particular no deposit bonus used.

Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to all the Bonuses

Only players who have registered a Real Money Account are eligible to receive promotions.

Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be suspended. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled and winnings void.

Eclipse Online Casino allows only one active account per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number.

Unless otherwise specified by the Casino; all promotional bonuses are non-cashable. Bonus money serves to enhance play and help to generate winnings; however, they cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will not be returned to the account, but deducted from winnings by the Casino upon withdrawal. At the point of cashing out winnings, all bonus money will be removed from the total amount of cash won by playing at the Casino.

In order to claim a promotion, the Player shall redeem one before depositing any money. If the promotion cannot be claimed for any reason, it is the Player’s sole responsibility to contact Casino Support for assistance with redeeming the abovementioned bonus. Fraudulent bonus claims or withdrawals will result in the Player’s account being closed for security reasons.

Unless otherwise stated under the particular bonus terms and conditions, playing the following games while using a bonus will not contribute towards meeting the bonus wagering requirements: Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, Sic Bo and War. These games are considered as excluded from all the promotions. The Player shall consider the terms and conditions of the particular bonus used for details on the included games.

If a Player decides to take a bonus or promotion, it is the Player’s sole responsibility to check that any associated wagering requirements are met by contacting Casino Support before requesting a cash-out. If a Player participated in a Casino bonus program and requests a withdrawal without fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion, to enable such a withdrawal, the Player shall fulfil all the respective requirements within a certain limited period of time. If a bonus has a time frame and the conditions are not met within this time frame, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.

If players do not wish to receive bonuses, then they may play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons. If a coupon is claimed by error/mistake, please contact Casino Support by email, phone or Live Chat before depositing or playing so that your account can be adjusted accordingly.

The use of a coupon shall be deemed to represent acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with the use of promotional coupons stated above. Players are not required to use coupons when depositing, and should not do so without a complete understanding of these Terms and Conditions.

Any promotion or offer may be terminated at any time in accordance with the views of Casino Management, without prior notice or obligation.

Casino Management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual players from promotional offers. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions at the discretion of Eclipse Online Casino Management.

The Casino reserves the right to modify/change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to keep up to date with any changes and modifications made.

5. Deposits at Eclipse Online Casino

If a Player wishes to participate in our activities, he/she shall deposit into his/her Player’s Account from an account or source where the Player is the account holder. Such money may then be used by the Player to place bets or play games.

Having placed the first deposit, the player is required to undergo a verification process over the phone, to confirm some details about his/her account to the Customer Support Department. If a player uses a payment method where the Player is not the account holder, we reserve the right to treat any deposit into the Account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void), pending the satisfactory completion of all relevant security checks.

By making deposits into their Casino account, the Player further agrees not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits from their Account and, in any such case, to refund and compensate the Casino for the unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred by Us in the process of collecting the player’s deposit.

To clear all doubt, a Player’s Account cannot be treated like or used as a bank account; and, should we become aware of any deposits into and withdrawals from such an Account without any betting or gaming activity, we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge (whether or not we close or suspend the account).

The Player can set a deposit limit on their Account at any time by contacting their personal Account Manager. This limit cannot be increased without giving us 24 (twenty-four) hours’ notice about their decision. After no more than 24 (twenty-four) hours since such a request is received on our side, the change will be made.

Deposit cancellation: We fully understand that errors might happen anytime.
