3. BONUSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ECLIPSE ONLINE CASINO
3.1. No Deposit Bonuses
Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:
3.1.1. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 50 times for slot games (namely, video slots, 3-reel slots, i-slots, keno, bingo, and scratch cards) or card games (Video poker, Blackjack, keno, bingo and scratch cards) and 60 times for roulette games (American and European roulette with outside bets disabled).

3.1.3. Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. Claiming more than one No Deposit Bonus automatically voids winnings to be withdrawn.
3.1.4. All No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above (unless otherwise stated).
3.1.5. Once the player has met the Wager Requirements, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the player’s playable balance, as s/he will not be able to withdraw these funds.
3.1.6. Redemption of no deposit bonus is only entitled to one account per person, per household or per computer. Customers with multiple accounts who are redeeming just free bonuses or coupons could be grounds for locking all accounts with all transactions on winnings forfeited.
3.1.7. Each no deposit promo offered may have different restrictions depending on the promotion sent by the casino and/or its affiliates. Please read the restriction on the free cash bonus before using it. Improper use of the no deposit bonus may result in forfeiture of winnings.
3.1.8. No deposit bonuses cannot be used to play the progressive games; usage of the free bonuses in progressive games would nullify all winnings.
3.1.9. Additional terms and conditions of the No Deposit Bonuses:
Upon requesting for the withdrawal of the winnings, the player shall place at least one deposit to verify the account in the system. The list of documents listed in p. 8 (Withdrawal Procedure at Eclipse online casino) shall be provided prior to requesting for the withdrawal. The min amount of the withdrawal starts with $100; following up on that, the player will be required to place a deposit, equal to the difference between min withdrawal amount and max cashout won from the No Deposit Bonus (unless otherwise stated). 3.2. Free Chips
Unless stated otherwise, all Free Chips are subject to the following terms and conditions:

3.2.2. The max withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from the Free Chip is 5 (five) times the face value of the bonus.
3.2.3. Players cannot request for multiple Free Chips consecutively. If the player has played with one Free Chip and is subsequently willing to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for the player to be eligible to claim the second Free Chip. Please note that in order to qualify for the Free Chip, there shall be at least $60 deposit (either in total or by one transaction since the last Free Chip played, unless otherwise offered by Account manager). Any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. Unless stated otherwise, all Free Spins offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

3.6. Comp Points
3.6.1. Comp points are accrued while playing games at the casino.
3.6.2. Every time you wager $10 in bets, you earn 1 Comp Point, 1000 Points = $1. The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 1000. VIP customers earn more comp points for every wager made, according to the player's VIP class – for more details, please address to your VIP host.
3.6.3. There is neither wagering attached nor max cashout to the comp points once redeemed.
3.6.4. Match bonuses cannot be claimed on top of the comp points redeemed as both are recognized as different types of bonuses.
3.6.5. Any comp points accrued before the first successful deposit, or any winnings derived from them are subject to the maximum cashout restriction of the no deposit bonus used.
3.7. Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to all the bonuses
3.7.1. Only players who have registered Real Money Accounts are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be suspended. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled and winnings void.
3.7.2. Eclipse online casino allows only one active account per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number.
3.7.3. Unless otherwise specified by the Casino; all promotional bonuses are NON CASHABLE. Bonus money serves to enhance play and help to generate winnings; however, cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. 3.7.8. 3.7.9. Wagers placed on each type of game will contribute different amounts towards the wagering requirement in corresponding bonuses taken:

Card Games - 0.25
Video Poker - 0.25
Roulette - 1.00
For example, $1 wagered on Slots will reduce the wagering requirement by $1, while $1 wagered on Video Poker will reduce the wagering requirement by $0.25.
3.7.10. If a bonus has a time frame and the conditions are not met within this time frame, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.
3.7.11. If players do not wish to receive bonuses, then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons. 4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAYING AT ECLIPSE ONLINE CASINO

4.8. The Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to a player, to add new activities or games to the Casino or to discontinue any activity or game of the Casino at any time.
4.9. Eclipse shall not be liable for any possible computer, Internet malfunctions nor any attempts from the Player’s side to play games provided by the casino by strategies, methods, and means and /or ways not approved by the Casino. Any earnings that were accumulated as a result of either system malfunction or game error will be voided.
4.9.1. Should any game be at any time interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game should be displayed when the player starts the game once again. If the player becomes disconnected from the Casino's server mid-game, the player will be able to continue and complete that game exactly as if the player had never left. In case Eclipse server did not receive information on the player’s bet and thus could not process it, the player’s balance shall not be deducted. 4.9.2. Players are permitted only one pending game at any one time. In cases where players have multiple pending games any balance in the account may be forfeited.
4.10. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, a player consents to the use of the one’s name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
4.11. Unless stated otherwise the maximum win from any single spin is a multiple of max 50,000 times your bet per line (might depend according to the game). This includes any free spins or other features derived from a single spin.

5. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1. The following actions will be considered a violation of the Eclipse online casino’s terms and conditions, but are not limited to this list. Consequences may lead to the termination of the player's casino account and to the confiscation of the player’s winnings:
5.1.1. If the Player threatens to re-attribute, deny, revoke, dispute, chargeback, block, hold or cancel any of the deposits made with us.

If the Player has been found deliberately making a 'chargeback' or 'dispute' of funds deposited from the credit card into their casino account; or have been found to have made a 'chargeback' or threatened to do so in any other online casino or website. 7. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE AT ECLIPSE ONLINE CASINO
